Grand Opening of the New Retail Portion of the Goodwill Industries Facility

SUBJECT: West Dallas Chamber of Commerce 1st Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The West Dallas Chamber of Commerce and Goodwill Industries sponsored a
ribbon cutting ceremony on January 24, 2003 for the grand opening of the
new retail portion of the Goodwill Industries facility. Goodwill is
conveniently located at 3020 N. Westmoreland Road in Dallas.
The ribbon cutting was the first for the new West Dallas Chamber of
Commerce. John Cappello, President of the Chamber, commented that,
"the new store represented a destination point for shoppers to come
to West Dallas and spend their money." The new store is a 16,000
square foot facility that offers the latest in shopping convenience
and high quality merchandise. Goodwill Industries employs over 500
people in the West Dallas area.
