Ernesto Lopez invited to attend the Department of State's 2003 Hispanic Business Conference

Ernesto Lopez, Past President and current board member of the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce, has been invited to attend the Department of State's 2003 Hispanic Business Conference by Secretary of State Colin Powell. Mr. Lopez will attend the conference that will be held on May 19, 2003 in Washington D. C. at the United States Department of State. It will review ways for the United States to strengthen commercial links between Latin American and U. S. Hispanic business leaders and economic decision-makers. Joining the Secretary of State at the conference will be the following: The Honorable John W. Snow, Secretary of Treasury, The Honorable Donald L. Evans, Secretary of Commerce, The Honorable Robert B. Zoellick, United States Trade Representative, The Honorable Hector V. Barreto, Jr., Small Business Administration, and The Honorable Alberto R. Gonzales, White House Counsel.
